Is there an easy way to quickly _manually_ install npm? Like how I can simply download Composer’s latest PHAR and run that? (My shared server’s npm version is way behind, and while I typically don’t need it, I kinda was hoping to give Iceberg a spin.)
@jan npm install -g npm
@desikn Thanks! (So, the `-g` didn't work 'cause I've obviously got no admin rights, but without it I seem get a working version in, e.g., `~/node_modules/npm/bin/npm-cli.js` that I can create an alias for. That said, pretty sure Node.js is outdated, too—the build fails—so I think I'm gonna leave it at that.)
@jan I always get it coming along for the ride when installing Node.js. That always seemed to be the easiest way.
